Material: Silk

This is the highest formal attire for a married woman that only mothers and close relatives can wear at a wedding.

Chrysanthemum flowers resembling pine needles are drawn on beautifully trimmed pine branches, and a congratulatory pattern called “Noshime” is placed on the top.

This design is all embroidered, making it a three-dimensional and very luxurious kimono.

The overall pattern is also arranged to look beautiful when people wear it, showing the designer's good taste.

Pine trees, chrysanthemums, and Noshime, this pattern called "Kissho-gara" further accentuates the high class of this kimono.

The family crest in the upper centre is called “Gosan no Kiri”, which is the most popular family crest in Japan.

This family crest was used by many samurai families, mainly the Tokugawa family, during the Edo period, which lasted for more than 200 years from 400 years ago.

This is the history of this kimono before they meet you.

Now they will make another history with you.
